Command Center
What needs you sits at the top — the brief, approvals, and anything stuck. Numbers and the live map follow. ⌘K jumps anywhere.
- Nothing stuck.
GTM Plan
The operating plan — positioning, audiences, offer, channels, and the 30-day launch calendar. Lives in the vault at wiki/GTM-Plan.md (edit it there or in Obsidian; this page reads it live). The Chief of Staff's daily brief plans against the current week.
Content
The "practice what we preach" department — SEO/AEO/GEO articles run entirely on this OS, 3x/week (Mon/Wed/Fri), zero manual time cost. Social channels light up here once connected.
Social
Every scheduled post across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok. Drag a card to another day to reschedule. Click a card to edit, copy, or decline it. The LinkedIn Articles queue is the one manual paste step — LinkedIn's API can't publish Articles.
Staff
Your direct line. Chief of Staff answers in seconds with full OS tools (CRM, vault, social calendar, Gmail drafts). The COO and the council run on the VPS and take one to three minutes — the COO keeps one continuous conversation; the council convenes the ministry fresh for each question.
Case Studies
Proof and selling points, matched by niche into cold email, follow-ups, and objection replies automatically — this is the actual copy Ian's outreach draws from, not a marketing mockup. "Mechanism" entries are real capabilities with no client attached yet; "case study" entries are real, verifiable client results. Never invent a client name, number, or quote here — it goes straight into what gets sent.
Scout
Searches the web for independent local businesses with weak online presence — no website first, then unclaimed/stale GBP, dated sites, unanswered reviews. Scores each against your ICP, learns from outcome history, and files them into the Prospects column. Research only — nothing gets sent.
Pipeline
Drag a Prospect into Review and the agents build everything — research, a live spec site on Vercel, the pitch email draft — but send nothing. Click the staged card to check the site, edit the email, or request site changes. When it's right, drag to Outreach: that drag is the send. Replies and bookings pull cards to Hot automatically; a month of silence retires them to Cold.
Clients
Active retainers, billing, and one-click deliverables.
Projects
Active deliverables and due dates.
Skills
Codified workflows. Agents run inside Vantus OS on schedules or on demand; Claude Code skills are invoked from any session with a slash command.
Org Chart
The company, as it actually runs. Click any card for the role's mandate and which model holds the seat — staffing is decided by the COO (Hermes) and changes as it re-routes. Dashed cards are open positions on the roadmap.
Ingest & Research
Drop a link — YouTube, Reddit, X, Instagram, an article — and the chief of staff reads it and briefs you. Or delegate a research topic: Claude retrieves real findings from the live web, the Hermes council evaluates fit for Vantus. Either way, nothing enters the vault until you approve it (Home → Awaiting Your Approval); on approval it files to the vault and the Hermes team memory is updated.
Memory
vantus-brain — the vault. Agents write run logs, briefs, campaigns, and outcomes here; this is a read-only browser (edit in Obsidian).
Knowledge Graph
Every codebase mapped by graphify — files and their relationships, grouped into clusters. Pick a project to explore its structure.
Call Coach
Your live sales-call copilot. Put the phone on speaker (or pick BlackHole for Meet calls), and it transcribes in real time and feeds you the next line from the sales playbooks — cold-call-craft, one-call-close, closer-deck. Chat field for questions and commands mid-call; post-mortems file to the vault. Runs on your Mac (it needs the microphone) — this page is the cockpit.
Activity
Agent run history, read live from the vault (system/runs/).
